My name is Ilyas Adiris, also known as Illy. I’m a Somali-Canadian/American actor/producer/filmmaker. Born in the US, I moved to Toronto at a young age and found myself immersed in the stories from my community ever since. My first shot in the film industry was in 2012, with a role in the award-winning film Troop 491: Adventures of the Muddy Lions. Since then, I’ve steadily been building my credits as an actor, working on various projects in Toronto, and working on my own independent films. I will be in charge of being the voice for our brand and making sure we reach as many kids as we possibly can. And also helping us get involved with the Jr. NBA/Canada Youth Basketball.
