Vendors Summerslam 2024

Thank you for registering as a vendor for Summerslam 2024! We are excited to see you in the marketplace. Summerslam 2023 brought over 3,000 guests, and we are expecting an even larger turnout this year.

This is a family-friendly event with attendees of all ages, including local and non-local residents, and even some international attendees.

Please note the following terms:

• We will provide one 6ft table and 2 chairs.
• This is an outdoor event and no tent will be provided.
• Vendors can bring their own tent if they wish to.
• No generators are provided power will be available in the main building if you need to charge your device
• If you are selling food items please note you can only sell baked goods, packaged products, pastries, breads etc.
• Please check the weather so you can be prepared for any weather conditions.
• Severe weather: If the marketplace is cancelled due to a severe weather warning, a full refund will be issued.
• Vendor’s fee is non-refundable

On the day of the event:

• Location: Saturday July 20th, 2024 @ York University / Tait McKenzie Centre (in the tennis court)
  1 Thompson Road, North York, ON
• Setup: 10 am (you can come as early as 9:30am if you wish)
• Hours: Marketplace opens at 11am and closes at 8pm.
• Spot Assignment: First come first serve
• Meals: 1 free meal ticket will be provided – if you have any dietary preferences please indicate this in the form below, we will do our best to accommodate you. (Additional meals can be purchased from food trucks on site.)
